Here at Poppy Daisy we aim to provide you with good quality headbands and good service, packaging and shipping, as soon as we can. We do our very best to show your what each headband looks like, but due to variances in the way different computer screens render colours, not all our headbands will identical to the images.
We aim to get your headbands to you as quickly as possible but be aware that when ordering through our website your payment must clear before your item can be shipped or packaged, so delays in the buyer's payment will effect the shipping time laid out by our guide. The estimated shipping time may also vary around busy periods and public holidays, though we will always do our very best to despatch your headbands as promptly as possible once payment has cleared. Please allow 14 days for dispatch.
If the headband arrives damaged or isn't what you expected we have a 10 day return policy. The 10 days starts from when you receive the headband. If the item is damaged, the buyer is responsible to send it back with the appropriate forms filled out. If the item is not what you wanted, the item must be returned in the same condition it was first sent out, with the form filled in. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the postage and packing costs to return the item. A refund will not be issued until the item is received at the warehouse.
For all other issues, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact Poppy Daisy directly by email or phone to discuss the individual case, and we will decide the best way to go forwards.
